Hey, I use to be really bad. Weirdly tracking the food on the diary, just so I have visibility, helped. I had to track everything honestly. And by honestly, I mean, I was honest in what I was recording. Never miss out the small snacks/nibbles. I started weighing everything too so I had a better picture. I'd then sip waterβ¦

I am on the elimination diet at the minute, first week in. My breakfast was: 40g Quinoa flakes with150 ml Water Toppings: 30g strawberries 7 x blueberries (my scales ran out of battery at precisely the wrong time XD) V.low calories. But also v. Low happiness & flavour. Full though!

My doctor has, yes, but I'm UK and health care is under the NHS, so they aren't really bothered about losing patients. Health care is health care. E.g. family members started being diagnosed with prediabetes. Note, the individuals in question are very fit and healthy ( I am not). So I was told there could be a geneticβ¦

Same as @beerfoamy, never heard of ants on a log. Will have to try! But love the idea of making a banana and apple mix with some grated dark chocolate, thank you! That's all things good in one. Will also have to look up the courgette boats as I've always liked the veg, specially in a green Thai curry oddly enough. *Edit:β¦
