Hey all. Been here for a few months. Have lost like 4 pounds by monitoring my calories but I really am ready to eat better (more protein less sugar) and exercise more to tone and firm my abdomen. At first I just wanted to drop my BMI down from overweight to healthy but have realized that losing weight isn’t going to be how I reach my ideal shape.
