My goal for this week is to stop sneaking foods between my meals (unless they are veggies) and to be at Sprinting intervals for a full 20 min by Saturday. I'm already at 10 so I just need to push myself. Good luck ladies!!

Wow...... My workout seems so small compared to yalls! I jog for 30 min 6 days a wk, every morning. At night, I do the now loss jumping jack video twice on YouTube and 5 min ab.
