    I think this is just the incentive I need to get out and exercise even when I'm feeling lazy.

    Just wanted to drop in and say hi!! I'm pretty new to this site but loving everything about it so far!!! I'm hooked on working out early in the morning again and feeling GREAT!!! Would love to join this group for some extra support and to help others any way i can.. :)

    SO TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even if we arent loosing at least we are getting healthier and building our fitness levels

    Aug 5 - 50 min rollerblade

    3 hrs 10 mins 190/1440 mins

    I do a 30 minute every work day at lunch, but this month I am not including it! I want to reach the 24 hrs with vigurous exercise, so by nothing somedays it really means nothing vigurous

    I'm not sure if I'll make it. I'll probably have to start counting my other stuff as work outs (walking to places and cleaning...I only count swimming exercise videos right now) but I will give the challenge a go! :D
