Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of Aug!!
Many of us have done well with this challenge, its very motivating to get your butt moving

Just wanted to drop in and say hi!! I'm pretty new to this site but loving everything about it so far!!! I'm hooked on working out early in the morning again and feeling GREAT!!! Would love to join this group for some extra support and to help others any way i can..

SO TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! even if we arent loosing at least we are getting healthier and building our fitness levels
