Yes that is a marketing strategy! They don't have one serving in the images.

Thankyou to everyone knocking some sense into me. I knew deep down that a 1000kcals wasn't sufficient. The reason I thought about jumping to it was because my best friend who's the same height as me did it that way without any regard for her BMI, TDEE and correct deficit. Two of my best friends have lost weight the wrong…

I need to clarify a few things here which most of you seem to be getting wrong. First of all, thankyou to everyone who replied and gave their two cents. I appreciate it alot. I realised after reading the concern of the first few comments that my measuring may be inaccurate and hence I have started keeping a tight check on…

I said I didnt lose any weight in 2 weeks.

Haha, not avoiding the question. I did take into account and have been taking extra care with counting now, as I realized that could be a very big reason why the weight isn't coming off. I don't have a digital food scale yet, I usually try to measure using cups as most options on mfp have food with cups as units. Although…

Im trying to lose about 70lbs. I am menstruating at the moment though. And haven't started a new workout routine. I'm only 5'2 so i thought maybe a 1000kcal would not be too much of a deficit? Please correct me if im wrong.

My entire closet is full of pretty clothes that i kept on buying hoping to fit into them. I told myself no more buying clothes until i actually fit into the size im buying. Sucks that I don't have nice clothes to wear now. I have a closet full for the thinner me though 😅🤦🏻♀️

Agreed! I am all up for having a routine that suits ones lifestyle. Its just that getting INTO a routine is hard. And i've always failed to balance weight loss and studying to do them both together. Still giving it a shot and hope it works out this time! Thanks for your reply! Really appreciate it!

I'm so glad I came across your comment. I have been scrolling for some comfort here because i've been feeling the low grade hunger you talked about and i wanted to find some motivation to not give in to the cravings.

But thanks for your replies!

The 500 cals i mentioned was how much i exceeded. Not the total calories in that binge.

As long as we all stay under our calorie limits, it shouldn't be that hard. The problem arises when we start stuffing our faces every single day at iftaar and only get up from the table when we feel like we are going to explode. Make sure to get proteins and vegetables in you and avoid all the unhealthy snacks. You can…

Congratulations on your journey! My SW is 180 lbs so i think it will take quiet some time for me to physically see results. Tbh, i'm desperate to even lose fat from my extremities. Just SOMETHING lol! Thankyou for your reply! It was very informational!

To be honest, changes in the mirror is the only thing I look forward to! Thanks for the reply!

I'm only focusing on diet right now, so I can only count on physically seeing results. 6 weeks does seem really long . I'm determined to keep going, but every day seems so long and never ending, I dont know how I'll endure 6 weeks of not seeing much changes
