I don’t expect to be constantly motivated but I do aim to not be in week(s) long funks when I’m like “who cares about my health”. As of right now I log to stay with in a healthy amount of calories and macros, which for my body is currently resulting in weight loss.

I like fruit cups, I often eat 2 at a time but they’re only 60-70 calories so eff it. Also the nature value or store brand profien granola bars. I like coconut almond and dark chocolate peanut butter.

I have a lot of reasons. The main ones being to be healthy, to be able to go jogging for fun, to eventually have a nice toned body, and to live a long life hopefully. The smaller, “petty” reasons is to wear cute clothes, make exes wish they were still with me, not take up so much space when sitting down, stuff like that lol

Fill up on healthy snacks before you go! Or eat what you like but only have a half a serving of everything, and eat the rest of the day considering the calories you ate at the function
