Less calories burned from steps if I logged cardio workouts
I was wondering does anyone know why if I burned 100 calories from steps, then I burn calories from a cardio workout, my step calories disappear. Hi I was wondering what is everyone's favorite ways to cook meat that's not pricey. There's a meat market where I can get a 8oz t bone for $4 so I make that pretty often. What are some foods that will help me reach 35% protein? I am kind of picky. I don't like eggs and I don't like plain Greek yogurt either. I've never tried flavored. How much of a difference does 10 pounds make?
I'm just curious to how you guys felt after losing 10 pounds? Did you feel better or notice a difference physically? Or what about 20 pounds? I've lost 14 pounds so far and think I'm still the same size. Although a couple have coworkers have commented on me looking a little smaller

I work out for weight loss, not muscle building. But when I go to the gym I do both cardio and strength training to replace some of my fat weight with muscle weight, as well as to prevent loose skin and improve my overall fitness.
