How do I enter my workouts in MFP?

Recently started working with a personal trainer once a week. It is hard and I am drenched in sweat by end of the time. Not machine work tho, it's various movements and stretches. Last time I entered it as stretching but I don't think that will give me accurate # if calories burned because it said I had burned like 50 calories even though I was drenched in sweat and had pushed my body hard. Of course I can't have 100% accuracy necessarily but is there a better option for inputting?

Calisthenics - if rests are less than 1 min usually, moving from body part to part.
For the stretching, might just estimate how much of total time was for that, and not log that.
So if 15 min worth of stretching in 60 min session - only log 45 min as calisthenics.0 -

Yes, I use "Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort". I also use that for vigorous yoga, and "Stretching, hatha yoga" for gentle yoga.0

Maybe invest in a Fitbit or Apple Watch. They can tell you daily calorie burns0
