O drink collagen peptides. Less protein than protein powder i think but tastes fine in pure water. I use vital proteins brand.

I dont know about here but Carb Manager does something sort of like that. It analyzes what you put in, then gives you suggestions on how to meet your goals for the day.

If I weigh daily, im likely to eat more because the scale didnt change anyway. I get way to depressed.

I havent done a challenge before but Id love to give it a try. Maybe it will help. Start weight: 237 (Jan 2019) Current weight: 217 Challenge goal: 207 Ultimate goal: I'm not sure. Right now I just want to break 200. :/

Are you counting total carbs or net carbs? Your numbers work out, you should be on track.

Are you sure it's not the keto flu? Presumably, if your body is used to 500 grams of sugar daily and you cut it down to 100-150 i would imagine that could happen. How much protein are you getting?

Try the carb manager app. It's really good. You can log here too it will track calories

I am looking to lose 100+. I am not going totally keto but definitely low carb. My body responds really well to it. I just started today :)
