Macros and Calories a way to meet the numbers

I know my daily calories and I know my Macros, getting the two to match is the problem. To solve this problem is there a addition to the app that can do the following? Build up my data base of a number of products that are suitable for me, I then input my macros and calories and let the app match these number The app would meet your set macros and calorie count by setting out the foods in a quantity they should be eaten and suggestions as to when they should be taken during the day?
The way it works now is I take the food and see what the % are and numbers. I want to reverse this in that the app picks the food to match the numbers and I just have to eat it. Making life a lot easier.

I dont know about here but Carb Manager does something sort of like that. It analyzes what you put in, then gives you suggestions on how to meet your goals for the day.0

Carb Manager has it in the weekly meal plan. Must delete myfitnesspal and upload Carb manager. Thanks0

Just as background: There's no need to be exact on your macros. Close is good enough, especially if you're over on something one day, and under on that same thing on another day. Humans are very adaptive omnivores, close is fine.
If your goal is weight loss, hitting a sensible calorie goal (close, not necessarily exact) will accomplish that. Macros are for energy level, satiation, nutrition, body composition, and health, so still important, but being off on macros won't directly affect weight loss (if you have low energy and move less, that will have some effect; if certain macros are filling for you, then not hitting those may make it harder to stick with your calorie goal, so there can be indirect effects).
Big points: Close on calories and macros is good enough. Calories are what determing weight gain/loss/maintenance.6 -
Hi Ann, I am trying to hit specific macros and calories, I eat right but at the end of the day I might need for example 40g protein and off with both carbs n fats. I would like to simplify the process by pre determining the foods for the goals. The other apps are over complicated that try do this. Thanks0

You could pre-log, and adjust if you want to be that specific.
Or if you want an app to pick your foods for you, seems like carb manager might work -- I don't know it.2
