I firgured macros out for Fat, Carb, Protein and total calories that I need but I don’t understand how you figured out how much calories you used when you eat for example 2 eggs. I need help regarding calories used

Try the carb manager app. It's really good. You can log here too it will track calories0

Weigh the eggs. You can weigh the whole egg and then subtract the weight of the shell.
I simply put the pan on the scale and weigh the eggs as I add them.
Log the eggs as "01123, Egg, whole, raw, fresh" in the database and you'll bring up the database listing which is accurately identical to the USDA database.0
