You may have some minimal muscle gain if you weren’t doing anything before but you could spend the same time and effort lifting weights and get 10 times more results.. that is if your goal is to build muscle. Are you over weight now?

I know a little bit about Herbalife. No I am not a rep or take it but have tried multiple of their products.. for free though.. One thing I will say is their product is actually good. Very good taste and nutrition is pretty good.. extremely over priced and not worth the money.

She won’t be comfortable with that but she will be comfortable at 1850? Just my thought she will see that it doesn’t make her look fat after she is at 1650 then she will feel like she can move up. And you don’t know how she will feel only she would know after she tried it.

She said she was at 1000 calories obviously 1650 woul led be much better than that. And I’m sure if she ate 1650 for 2 weeks to a month it’s not going to be terrible then she can go up as she is comfortable. Maybe you missed the part where I said for a short amount of time. Wasn’t telling her to stay there.

My opinion just go up to what you are comfortable with for a couple weeks and go from there. It is very easy to make adjustments after you see how your body responds to it. Do 1650 for a couple weeks or month however long and if your comfortable going up after that do it.

I fast every day between meals.. it’s usually only a few hours but feels like forever.. 😂😂

What works for me is caloric deficit around 1g protein per lb and sugar under 60g. Good lifting and cardio routein and the rest takes care of itself.

my issue with hydro is i feel like they are always low.. i have seen multiple 2 and 3 % readings that are obviously wrong. i have put a lot of time and effort in the past 5-7 years into different peoples body fat %'s. about 90% of people think they are lower than they really are.. lol my opinion when you think body fat %…

Around 2200 calories. This is the best shape I have ever been in but it wasn’t like that about 5 years ago. I hit it pretty hard then would fall off for a little bit here and there but I figured out a lot of things that worked for me throughout that time and put it all together.

To get there I was doing 50%p 35%c 15%f was on around 900-1100 calorie deficit. I will be honest with you I did switch my macros up a few times and the results were similar with different macros. Personally put more weight in calories than macros..
