I been doing this for a year, and first I logged everything. I know I should keep logging it, but I just got tired of it. I know roughly how much I eat, and I definietly didn't eat 23.000 calorie plus. Yet so far I never had such a swing in weight. Usually I check my weight on monday and I keep that weight for the week and…

I usually try to monitor every change and this is the most extreme one in the last 6 month. I hope you're right. 3kg is more than 4 week of work, losing that would be very dissapointing. My current goal is 92kg as in one of the BMI calculator I done that would mean I'm in the normal category. Than again another calculator…

They did't see any unsual and said im perfectly fine. They seem to think it's a mental issue, which i'm about to find out. But I feel like it's more likely my weight loss.

I measure it by the fact that lifting my arms even without weight feels bad and exhaust me after a few lifts. Whereas my arms other parts developed exponentionally since I started it. I'm about to see a doctor soon with both of my issues.

My biggest issue is my off days. Especially weekend. Since my workout sessions are on weekdays I usually end up having nothing to do on weekends. That's when my cravings and my laziness to do something turn to the maximum, which usually end up in some kind of small slip up. Than I start hating myself untill it's Monday…

My goal is to reach 100k (200 lbs) then drop down to 1 lbs/week so I don't reduce my food significantly. Than my end goal is around 85-95kg (170-190 lbs) Than I have to start bulk, because I want to have the least amount of loose skin possible. So far I know nothing about supplements, I used L-carnitin for a month now I…

I started at 132 kg (around 260 lbs) and now I'm 119 kg ( 238 lbs) I'm 187 cm (around 6.1 ft) and 28 years old male. I do light desk job so on my offdays taking consideration many TDEE sites and the MFP 1700 seems appropriate if I want to lose 2lbs a week ( this is a middle ground, I don't want to loose weight too fast but…

I mean by that I don't watch my macros. So I eat some processed stuff, but I never eat out, I make my meals and eat a lot of veggies and fruits. Like I eat a lot of bananas and constantly get over my sugar requirements. I do use some oil (not olive, because it's expensive) and sometimes I eat rice and pasta. I eat a lot of…

I know I won't build muscle as efficiently as if I would eat more calorie. But compared to zero muscle I had I got some progress, and I'm afraid of losing it during weight loss Right now I don't really messed with macros. Only changed protein to 30% from 20% and reduced carbs. My calorie goal when I go to gym is 2500 and…

Yeah it's entirely possible that the foods I log have sodium just it doesn't show under macronutrients. Silly me. Anyhow I don't particulary eat healthy meanig my biggest concern is calorie so I usually doesn't try to perfectly align the macros, but the sodium level was unreasonably low.

While I do want to lose weight, I'm more concerned about muscle to a degree. Before I started I was fat and bones, and to be honest I do want to gain weight. Also heard that with more muscle fat burns faster and also I want to reduce loose skin as much as possible.

I also do weight training so how about that regard? I know it's not that effective during weight loss.

As far as snack goes I usually try to make log my meal for the whole day at the morning and thus I try to min/max in a way that I can have a few calories just for snacks. Also if you like vegies thats a good snack option. I always have a carrot or something to chew on if I really need.
