Lightly to moderately. Although if you want your calorie goal to be lower choose lightly.

Unbearable Lightness by Portia de Rossi about her eating disorder. Very good read.

Being single is really liberating. Toxic people suck. That being said, some things are worth fighting for. Listen to your gut.
-
Yes, some. But mostly tea. Tea usually helps fill me up.

I hear you on the lack of motivation! Sometimes you just have to drive to the gym and walk in and even if you put in ten minutes it's still worth it! Feel free to add me, I enjoy motivating people bc it's a good reminder for myself too :)

Saturdays! Would you rather hike a mountain or walk on the treadmill for an hour?
-
I've been trying to avoid that bc in the past I've gotten into ED territory. May consider though, thanks!

I think I saw the video that OP discovered the diet from. So funny and sadly probably true. I have a Korean friend who said that Kpop stars are basically like indentured servants and are forced to starve to look the way they do.

My mom competes and loves it. She's almost 60. Good luck!

Buy from the bulk area. Bulk pasta/rice/lentils. Get some broccoli and other leafy veggies. Meat will be your most expensive item. Target has good deals on food sometimes. I found some yummy yogurt for a dollar a pop.

Keep up the good work! That effort is paying off

Wow. Impressive!

Sitting at my computer at the office waiting for work to come in. So the real answer is wasting time on MFP :P
-
Yup, the last 10 pounds basically. Seems to be taking forever. I think I will go up a little in calories tho and see if that doesn't help.
-
I'm using MFP to track my calories. Usually just scan the item. I haven't gotten to the point of weighing food yet. And if I'm not sure on the calories I round up.

I had a similar issue with my back and went to a physical therapist. Don't bother going unless you're willing to do the exercises they suggest. A lot have to do with a yoga ball and stabilizing the core while working on the ball. Tbh I quit bc I wasn't diligent enough with the exercises and didn't want to waste the…

About 2-3 weeks. Not that long really, I know. >.<
-
It's just a hunch bc I haven't been able to break 140. Only had a 5 lb loss. Which I'm guessing is just water weight.
-
Just to clarify, I have 1400 on average bc I eat back what I exercise.
-
Thanks for the link! So what do you think is a good calorie limit for a 5'7" female? I've been sticking to about 1400 on average and haven't really lost much but water weight.
-
LOL. Sorry bout that. She is a hot item these days!
-
Why post about it then? Lol
