I've only tried the lemon cake when they first came to my store. It was good, but I'm not much of an ice cream person (I like soft serve over frozen tubs). So I haven't tried any of the other flavors.

Lily's has a keto friendly chocolate that I'm in love with. Also, Slimfast just released keto peanut butter cups. We also keep quest and evolution bars at the house for sweets cravings that are lower carb.

Keto Connect and Wicked Stuffed both have meals we've enjoyed. We started out with the beef stew from Keto Connect and it is great. We just find and try things since I enjoy cooking and hubby enjoys eating. XD

Mine is at 8k a day, but at the end of the month, I'm planning on increasing it to make it more challenging. I'm on my feet all day chasing and carrying babies, so 8k is pretty attainable without putting in too much extra effort. But I want to start purposeful activity, so increasing it will help me get out and take a walk.

Right now, some of our favorites are the beef stew from keto connect and the faux-tato from wicked stuffed. I pretty much just go online and search for keto recipes every week to decide on meals.

Thanks. It's been awesome how much better hubby and I both are feeling and the weight loss has been such a nice bonus. The hardest part for us has been eating out, but at least the positive of Houston is lots of BBQ and lots of fajitas.
