Fasting (keto)

Looking to find some individuals on the same journey as myself. I intermittent fast every day and attempted a keto diet when I break it. I've just started getting into extended fasts and have just completed my first of 3 days(72 hrs) feeling great.Anyone looking for info or support or just to talk lmk.

    Why not count calories? This sounds extreme.

    How do you “intermitten fast every day” but not eat for 3? Your doing it wrong.. read up on 16:8 at least

    I'm not aware of it, but maybe search the low carb groups to see if it's a thing.

    I "fast" from usually around 8PM-11AM during the week because it fits my body and work hours (I find it hard to eat and have it settle before 6:30-7, and by then I have kids, so eating becomes difficult). Bonus of fasting this way is that when they need me to not take a lunch, it's not too much of a shock on my body (I'm not on the floor staring at baby food pouches).
