my boyfriend reads men's health religiously and I remember his mentioning something about carbs, fat and protein before a big workout (60 min??? or was it 30??) and then protein after. Oh holy moly!!! i just measured myself . . . apparently my boobs went from a D with my last pregnancy to a GG!!! I knew they got bigger but dang! I actually found $15-20 bras that are SUPER comfy and really supportive at Motherhood Maternity. I'm a DD (not pregnant) and they are AMAZING I'm gunna go back and get some more to replace my cheepy walmart sale bras OH and no underwires!!!

my lunch today was awesome - 4 low fat ritz crackers, less than a 1/4 cup of chicken salad from publix, slice of lowfat kraft american cheese, 1 slice of land o frost turkey (quartered) and a few drops of franks redhot buffalo sauce. It kept me full for the size too.
