-
That’s possibly the best choice you’ve made in terms of fat loss
-
No matter when you are waking up you should be getting enough sleep and if my schedule was as tight as yours I’d be sleeping like a baby so don’t forget to manage your sleep
-
I did count my calories and was under but I didn’t train

Thanks man I’m feeling ok now I iced it so the inflammation goes down and I’ll take 2 weeks off to let it heal and this time I’ll slowly get the intensity up
-
Thanks glad to hear rest might potentially make it heal

The number that you’ll find is for maintaining your weight so go above by 500 to gain weight and go below that by 500 to lose
-
I’ll try to use my mind for a second and explain it clearly so listen up You body burns a set amount of calories even if you didn’t lift a finger that whole day it’s it’s just to keep you alive Let’s say it’s “X” You need to be under “X” to lose weight So if your “X” is 2000 and you ate 2000 but burnt 800 with exercising…

I once heard someone say that when you don’t eat enough your metabolism slows down so I think that’s the case for you maybe you should eat more I did some calculations for you and I’m sure you are not eating enough specially if you are active I’m 20 too and my metabolism is ok I guess but it used to be *kitten*

2 pounds per week is a lot specially later on when you don’t have much fat to lose so if you go for 1.5 it’s ok even if you stick with 1.5 or even 1 pound per week it might be a lot more beneficial to your health the process will be slower but healthier and better for your body
-
You have to be in a caloric surplus and it takes time too so eat more than you burn and stick to it don’t just do it for a week and expect massive changes
-
I love deadlifts unfortunately I got injured doing them but I’ll do them again but this time correctly well hopefully

I think you should eat at your current weights maintenance for a while to let your body adjust and then start cutting weight again
