Whenever I wanted to lose weight and wanted motivation I used to start my diet around the time a big fight was announced and I would end it Fight day and it was good


I’ve gained 10+pounds these couple of days it was binge eat day every day 😂 so I would do this alone like always but it’s more fun this way

It’s Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Conor Mcgregor

So we have till October 6th to get to a goal weigh it’s like a mini challenge for motivation
