I get the assistance of a nutritionist which I visit monthly through Medicare so much for the assistance Noom gives at the high cost.

get a thread mill and stationary bike. Especially good when weather or time is bad for outdoors. I put on average of 4 miles on the threadmill and 3.5 on the bike daily.

Struck a cord. I am 66 and lost 50 lbs over the last 6 months. 200 is also my goal. Its not easy but with the help of a nutritionist that I visit monthly and MFP, its been working for me. Recognizing its a life style change and never to go back to 310 lbs!

Never use the eat back exercise calories in your calculations. Your just loosing all the benefit of your maximum weight loss potential and slowing your overall progress.

wish more food referenced ounces for an estimate where applicable. Some refer to one serving or plate which is useless.

30minutes on thread mill. Speed and incline programed into a recommended cardio program that was established for me during last years cardio rehab. I try to do this every day of the week, lately having some back pain not related to this activity. Those days I had to reduce the time or activity altogether.

Chart your weight trends and you should see a gradual drop over time. The averages will show a deficit and if not correct it by staying below your target daily calorie intake.

At 270 lbs and have lost 40 lbs over the last 4 months. Averaging 10 lbs a month as discussed with my nutritionist that thinks thats fantastic.
