Wow, I’m new to the community boards😜🤪 I posted in the wrong place. But I had 4 hours yesterday, Hiking 🥾 Swimming 🏊♀️ jumping off rocks into the lake and a ton of steps. 20 hours to go. Is that how it works?👀😆

Keep going, the best is yet to come. I sat at a plateau for months and even gained 15 lbs in 2 months but now have lost those 15 lbs and more. I’ve gone from 283.5 to 214.5 and want to hit 200 by October 🎖

I started March with a bad end to February. I binged while out with customers and went to 247.8 to start March. That's kind of cheating though because I should lose the 4 lbs I gained fairly quickly. 😏
