100 Days of working out

Hey guys. I'm also starting over *again*. I am a mom for 2 boys, and about 2 years ago I lost 120 lbs. I've gained back about 70 lbs and am ready to get it gone forever this time. I am committing to 100 days of exercise. I'm also about 95% carnivore with about 5% keto thrown in. If you have similar goals, let me know, and we can hold eachother accountable. I'm 11 days back in the saddle. Monday is my 100 day start....I drew up a calendar, and have a journal that I will keep. Lets see what we can do!

    I’m in. I’ve been active every day since July 1st. So that makes 11 days so far. Thanks for creating this.

    Hi i need this chalenge!
    July 5 is my start date.
    I have made it 9 days.
    Only 91 days left.
    I am committing to 1 hour of home fitness routine every day for 100 days. This is my 100 day comitment.
    I hope to do more.
    Walk an hour a day
