    Exercise: Yes over 10,000 steps (walking through airports, pacing while waiting for flight, moving briskly while packing my suitcase and the car)
    Goals/Day/Comments: (I am very stressed about this trip. Normally when I travel its eating out all the time, unlimited food, alcohol, deserts and free trial food at the trade show.
    We entertain clients at restaurants, sports events and the food is terrible at them for grease, fat and calories.
    I typically gain 10lbs during a week away and spend 2 months taking it back off.
    I have to nail it this week, I don't want to gain a single pound. I want to lose and defeat this habit of letting go while travelling.)
