I think what helped me was going shopping for new pants and having to ask the saleswoman for smaller sizes constantly.. I almost laughed her off when she brought me a Small..

Only a few people noticed I have been dieting for 6 months.. But this week EVERYONE commened on the weight loss like it happened overnignt.. Telling me I have become too thin and its not good.. I am still 9lbs over what I used to be :-P

I havent weighed myself since Sept 26. I stepped on a scale in a pharmacy with baggy clothes, boots, umbrella, books, jacket and the list goes on.. I find it easier to disregard the scale and focus on how my clothes fit and how I feel my body.. I take measurements every couple of weeks though..

A local place does tortellini with four cheese sauce in a ceramic pot... It was delicious.. The cheesier the better.. The more crust on top, the better.. I think I packed my 27 lbs on these things... God I love that food !!:-P

I think I always have my shoulders flat, i know its a weird sleeping position.. Maybe thats why my back hurts :neutral: For the knees, I started putting the covers inbetween and it helps :smile:
