February 3 Exercised?: Yes. A little bit on the light side by my usual. In the house floor exercise. Calories?: Yes. Tracked?: Yes. Heh! I had the munchies. Nothing in the house available like chips or anything. I end up going in the freezer and getting a bag of frozen vegetables out. Heh! I had vegetable popsicles.

Feb 2nd Behavior - on track and in tolerance. A good day. This year I have added pushups to my daily. So after thirty days I am getting to where I can do more of them. I can feel my entire core when I do that exercise. I guess plankers know what I am talking about. I like it. Took my little Buddy to the park. Pretty day.

Kind of off to a sluggish start. Bike is in the shop. Too much alcohol today. I am coming up on ten pounds over my set point. That happens this time of year. I suspect that the older I get the harder it will be to whittle it back down. Pass #1
