Ehh not really but I have read the more t you have the easier it is to get lean,lose weight,add muscle, feel better emotionally and obviously the bedroom benefits lol was just wondering if other folk ate anything or did anything specific without taking supplements

Cool cool I have read before about certain foods increasing t but I think it's different to each individual so if I keep losing weight and building some muscle I should feel the benefits of increased t👍

I thought that👍 I have just read in some articles that if you hit the steam room after a session it can prolong the metabolism speed at least for a while I usually hit it after the gym just to chill out really nothing else.

Cheers I kinda thought that anyway but was just wondering about other people's tips and caffeine I seem to have gathered an intolerance to it over the past year sometimes it makes me anxious and jittery other times it's o.k. Any other tips on maintaining fat loss and gaining muscle would be helpful👍
