I think building muscle. and losing weight if you're overweight. Not what you eat in particular.

Cool cool I have read before about certain foods increasing t but I think it's different to each individual so if I keep losing weight and building some muscle I should feel the benefits of increased t👍

Do you think your levels are low?

I think fit people generally are more active, active people are more fit, fit men generally have more testosterone, active men have more testosterone, etc. Very much like PCOS for women, and the "it's harder to lose weight as we age" for both genders.

Weight lifting has acute increases... other than that.. talking with an attractive female or well... the ole humptey dumpty... will give acute increases. Though not enough to matter.

Nothing you can do ‘naturally’ will increase endogenous test levels enough to make a hundredth of a percent of difference in anything. Not even through all the BS over the counter supplements, despite all their bogus claims.

The only way to increase test to any significant degree would be through a prescription from your doctor. Or taking your chances with what that really big dude in the gym has in his backpack.

I have a plan; as I get older, I am skipping "second childhood" and jumping straight into second puberty...
It’s worth keeping in mind that going on TRT is a lifetime commitment.

I think OPTIMIZING testosterone levels naturally is a better way to put it than raise test levels. Reason I say that, is because naturally, you’re not going to affect your test that much. It’s constantly fluctuating as it is. Even if you did, it wouldn’t be much and it wouldn’t illicit some great muscle gain...etc. there’s jacked guys with test levels in the 200s who are natural and then there are twigs who still work out who have them naturally in the 800+ range! So it won’t always mean more muscle gain. If you’re low based off blood labs then ask your doctor about trt, cause otherwise raising them naturally won’t do much for you. Now to optimize your natural test you can be physically active, lift weights (esp compounds), be a healthy body fat, avoid certain foods, don’t put your balls in the microwave....you know...the usual? Lol but seriously. Optimization is a better word here

    :disappointed:
