Hi I am new here and was wondering what the mfp community takes for supplements to help with actual fat loss. I started off at 15st 1lb and now I am 14st 12lb been back at the gym for 6 weeks I am happy with the rate at which I have lost I have been doing the calorie deficit and watching the macros ( non-strictly) I currently take turmeric and have done for about 1 year or so and cod liver oil every other day I have just started taking milk thistle capsules yesterday as I heard they are great for restoring the liver. Any advice people 👍

General consensus is anything legal won't help and anything that does help is illegal and likely dangerous.16

examine.com is an awesome resource to look up different supplements and whether they meet their claims.
There are no weight loss supplements that work. Caffeine can sometimes suppress appetite. That's about it.6 -
Cheers I kinda thought that anyway but was just wondering about other people's tips and caffeine I seem to have gathered an intolerance to it over the past year sometimes it makes me anxious and jittery other times it's o.k. Any other tips on maintaining fat loss and gaining muscle would be helpful👍2

Calorie deficit and heavy lifting.
And recognize you wont get big muscle gains while in a deficit.
