Recipe ideas?🤔

Hi troops looking for some super quick recipe ideas full of protein preferably I'm new to this mfp and just recently got back into the gym with the goal being fat loss on the stomach .cheers

    With experience, you'll learn that almost any recipe can fit into your diet or be made high protein. Generally, if it involves meat or eggs as the main component, it's high in protein.

    but I do make my own modifications to it, like I use full fat yogurt and mayo and I don't use bone broth to boil the pasta. You can modify anything, really, just make sure you log the ingredients accurately in MFP and don't rely on listed calories other than to get a feel for the calorie density.
