205 bench 335 d 275 s. But I hurt lower back skateboarding while ago so I’ve only working on bench I did 200 for 5 other day. I really want to heel and get my other lifts up

Strength training doesn’t result in muscle gain. Man it can at a slower process but the goal to gain muscle is hypertrophy . Not worried about bf cutting fat is literally the easiest thing to do

I am flexed in the pic. My abs haven’t popped because I don’t think I’ve built them enough yet I’m leaking bulking right now. I don’t plan to cut u til 6 months at least then then reverse back to a lean bulk. I’ve been bulking for 5 weeks gains some weight slot with water and gloyogen . I’m not about 177

Bet I heard dr Eric helms say 3:1 ratio works to for bulking 3 months then cut for a month then repeat. So growing 9 months out the year and 3 months cut

Will do a cut again to level body fat back down to 12-10 then repeat process

Yea my goal is to always be in a surplus for as long as possible and take the lean gains slow approach of 200-300 surplus. I figure I could take mini-cuts back and fourth if fat gain gets out of control .

I started bulking around 14-15 body fat I figure four and six months I would be at a higher body fat and wanna take a short mini cut to draw back some fat then reserve diet back up to a bulk again
