At your bf I personally won’t bulk anymore

Why is that? I can clearly see my abs still when flex . This pic isn’t the best

Bulk untill you get big/strong enough - or too fat - if you get too fat, then cut down and repeat until you are big enough0

I'm inclined to agree with watts. Why not focus on strength for a period now?3
-
You agree with watts? You mean don’t bulk and only focus on strength training?0

Yes, even though you can still see your abs a bit, I bet your %fat is pushing 20%, although I'm not the best judge of that. Even while lean bulking, you will put on some fat, as I'm learning as I do the same. The higher we go, the more work it is to come back down. Switching from hypertrophy to strength training would be a good way to switch things up now, and then you can start cutting again in the spring perhaps.
Just my opinion of course.1 -
Strength training doesn’t result in muscle gain. Man it can at a slower process but the goal to gain muscle is hypertrophy . Not worried about bf cutting fat is literally the easiest thing to do1

Even if I did cut I could have my six pack back maybe 7 -8 weeks I’m trying to gain right bow1

Seems like you know what you want to do, glad you figured it out 🙏0

I’m on gear bruh1

Just up the carbs and fats.
I'm bulking atm and just going by the mirror.
Get too fluffy then reign it in Alittle.
But it's to be expected if we're wanting to grow.
Gona end up with a bit of a gut.
How long you cycling for?
You need them extra cals when you're on peds.
It's a given.1 -
Why not compromise and do a mini cut.
But if you don’t care about fat gain then carry on I guess.

Really? Look at my profile pic - I don’t do any hypertrophy and yet I’ve got decent back muscles for a 45yr old natural female. This is ALL strength training - specifically oly weightlifting. How exactly do you think the rest of us get bigger from strength training??
