Hi hello late as always but here I am. Pretty sure I missed last week, but that's ok because I'm doing terrible so that's great. 156.4 yesterday. Definitely didn't eat in a 7000 calorie surplus the last two weeks, so I'm pretty sure my body just hates me :|

So I missed my weigh in day yesterday. I weighed myself this morning so I could post, BUT I FORGOT WHAT IT WAS. Lots of things happened today. Wednesdays and Thursdays are busy as heck. I'll try to not forget my weight tomorrow :D

Howdy guys. Back at 154.4. It must be my number or something. Hoping that the semester starting puts me back into that consistent routine that I need. This summer was super all over the place. Summer is my dangerous time. I can handle the holidays, but summer is out to get me!

Challenge Starting Weight: 154.4 Challenge Level: 1 Challenge Goal weight: Under 150 I've been pretty stuck this summer, so I'm going for smaller goals. I'm just trying to break into the 140s for now! I'd love to be closer to 145 by then, but that's a bit of a stretch!

Somehow I made it through a Disney trip and a week of eating without gaining ten pounds! 154.4 Today is my first day back at the regular routine. I only have two weeks left of it though, so we're kind of all over the place this summer.

157 this morning :s To be fair, I'm fairly certain much of that is my post-movie popcorn bloat. I use an unhealthy amount of salt. No shame. On the bright side, I'm back to my normal routine for two weeks. Did lots of work at the gym today!

I'm super late at posting this week, but I did weigh in on Wednesday! 154.4 Not too bad considering I'm in the middle of one of my not-at-home weeks. I drink so much less water while I'm . away, and I can definitely tell! I'll be headed back home Monday ready for two more weeks of hard work before another week of fun!

My scale couldn't quite decide what number to settle on today, but we were about 153.4. So I ran an "official" 5k on Friday. The WHOLE THING. I hadn't done an official one yet, but I made it! I'm nervous about weigh ins for the next 5 weeks or so. July is a super busy month! Let's hope for the best!

155.8 this week. I was very concerned yesterday. Had some major post-weekend bloat. We're talking 160. Also, I RAN 5 WHOLE MILES STRAIGHT YESTERDAY and I'm gonna gloat about it like a little kid because I'm excited.
