Thank you. Now I can stop asking million questions now lol.

Ok I understand what your saying. It does make sense to just log in half and not all the calories. I will start doing that from now on.
-
The screenshot you see now. Is it suppose to look like that on my exercise days when I am only eating back half of my exercise calories. The picture is example.
-
The 834 is including calories burned through steps and me manually entering exercise when I go to the gym. I already know these machines overestimate the calories. I just want to make sure on the days I do exercise the picture above is correct? Also, I have the negative adjustment on too.

Thank you for going in detail with me. I was always wondering why sometimes why I would negative number in red when I look at my daily goal. Thank you again for thoroughly explaining it, it helped.
-
I said the same thing too I am over thinking it. Ok so I am suppose to look at my net calories.
-
I will try and explain it better. Ok the picture above shows my daily goal is 2,168. And the picture below shows my net which is 1,292 which one am I suppose to be looking at to make sure I am losing weight. I already know about eating back half of my exercise calories I only want to eat back 50%. But when looking at these…

Thank you. I wish I would have known that a long time ago.
-
Thank you
-
Ok. I see what your saying
-
Is the 2,374 my maintenance level?
-
-
Yes I do have my goal weight set. How do I figure out my maintenance level? I have lost 28 pounds but I want to make sure I am doing this right. Also, my goal is 1,370.
-
Yes I am over by 60 calories.
-
Ok...when I look at my net calories on MFP, I need to hit that goal of 1,350 everyday and on days I exercise I can eat back 50 or 100% of my exercise calories once I hit MFP goal. I just want make sure I understand this stuff completely.
-
I input my exercise on MFP. I go to gym 4x times a week and workout 45 mins to 1 hour. My exercise calories might be average of 500 or 600.

Thank you everyone!

I have gear s3/Samsung health is the app I am using for my steps and exercises
-
Ok so why is my step counter 0 when exercise is logged in? Why isn't counting both?
-
Thank you

Ok. Now I understand the difference between NEAT and TDEE. Wow!! very detailed info.
-
NEAT. Are they the same?
-
My weight is at a standstill so I am trying the calorie cycling to see if it will help.
