Maybe.
If you are letting MFP set your calorie goal, you can go through guided setup again so it'll adjust your calorie goal downward (if you have room to do so) as your weight decreases, in order to keep the same rate of weight loss. Many people suggest doing that about every 10 pounds lost.
But as we get thinner, slower weight loss becomes sensible at some point, so going back to set-up and changing your weight loss target (pounds to lose per week) is rational at that point. I'm among those who think that losing no more than 1% of body weight is the best health-risk-avoidance strategy, and for many it should be slower than that when within 25-50 pounds of goal weight. (Slower than the maximum, for sustainability and happiness, is always fine, of course.)
I changed my calorie goal manually quite a few times as I got within 10-15 pounds of goal weight, because I wanted to add back calories gradually and kind of coast into maintenance, rather than adding hundreds of calories per day all at once.
So, it matters where you are.2 -
