MFP negative calorie adjustment
I need some clarification. Do any recommend to have the negative calorie adjustment enabled or disabled? Also, I have mines enable but I am seeing -246. Does this mean I need to burn more in order not see the negative number?

Eating back exercise calories
On days I exercise I only want to eat back 50% of my exercise calories. Does the picture above look correct? I might be under little bit.

Food diary calorie goal and net calories...Confuse!!
Once I reach my daily goal do I need to stop since I am so close? Or do I need to look at my net claories? These two are confusing I am not sure which one I should be looking at. This is including exercise calories.

Should you sync step counter to MFP once you chose your activity level on MFP?
I currently have my step counter synced to mfp but I just switched from sedentary to lightly active as my activity level and I know mfp includes everything that is non-exercise. Should I still have my step counter synced to mfp or remove it or it doesn't matter?

Ok...so i go from my net calories being under weekly goal. Now my net calories is over weekly goal. Is this good or bad? Will i still lose weight? Please look at screenshot.

Home cooked meals and calories
Ok I need help. How do you figure out calories for a home cooked meal? There wasn't any exact measurement so I am having a difficult time. I am cooking tuna casserole and the ingredients are mozzarella cheese, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, peas, and of course tuna. Can someone help and are there any alternatives?

Sedentary vs lightly active....HELP!
I work 40 hours per week and I have a desk job but I move around at work. I come home clean and I go to the grocery store almost 3 times a week and children. I am trying to decide if I should keep it at sedentary or change it to lightly active. Also, I do have my lazy days too. I need help.

BMR and MPF Calories
MFP gave me BMR of 1,986 and MFP gave me 1,780 for calorie goal. In order to lose 2 pounds per week I can only intake 1,780 per day? And what if I am burning calories on top on 1,780.

MFP set a goal on how much carbs, fat, sugar, and sodium etc. Is ok to go over the goal set or is defeating the purpose if your trying to lose weight?

I am trying to understand this whole calorie intake and calories burned thing, this is my 1st time. For example: if my daily calorie intake is 1,700 but I only intake 1,500 and burned 699. Do I subtract that to get my net calories?
