I work 40 hours per week and I have a desk job but I move around at work. I come home clean and I go to the grocery store almost 3 times a week and children. I am trying to decide if I should keep it at sedentary or change it to lightly active. Also, I do have my lazy days too. I need help.

You could start with lightly active and see how that works. If you don't lose at the rate you expect, you can change your settings after a month or two.

I agree with the above poster. Put it at lightly active. See how that works for about a month. If you want to lose faster, you can drop it down to sedentary.

Purchase a home mini stepper. I have one and I’ve placed it between the kitchen and living room where I can watch the tv. It’s inexpensive, doesn’t take up room, and extremely useful in burning calories. Between my intermittent fasting, lowering my calorie intake, and using my mini stepper; I’ve lost 19.4 lbs since 11/26. I only do anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes each day.
