I'm not sure it matters. But if it does, it would probably depend on why you're calorie cycling? What is your goal in doing it?0

It can vary based on how you implement the plan. I did high days the 4 days i lifted. And than 3 low calorie/low carb days.
But I have seen 2 high, 3 low calorie and 2 keto.2 -
My weight is at a standstill so I am trying the calorie cycling to see if it will help.0

There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

I do 2 high days; 3 moderate and 2 low but it more helps me with sticking to macros vs specific weight-loss; that comes from logging and tracking accurately2

I do 3 days at 1200, 1 day at 1000, 1 at 1300 and 1 day at 1500 (rounded).
It doesn’t do anything special for weight loss but it helps me plan for my social life and eating out. And I’m losing as I should.0 -
Why do you think calorie cycling will help? When someone is stuck, typically it's inaccurate estimation of intake. Are you using a food scale? How long have you been stuck?1
