I am 5'1" and hover between 117 and 120 pounds. I've shed over 50 pounds and I'm perfectly happy at this weight and am now working on building strength.

Oh my goodness, this! This!!!! I needed to loose 50 pounds and it took me a year but I finally reached that goal, now that I've done it and have set new goals unrelated to the scale, the comments are becoming more and more resentful. My honest thoughts are that if I can do this, anyone can do it. You just have to want it…

Yogurt is the thing I make the most in my Instant Pot. So easy and delicious! I make meatloaf, bbq ribs, chicken, zucchini lasagna, lots of different soups (hamburger soup is delicious). I love the Instant Pot!

I'm 47, mother of a grown child who is now married and has made me grandmother to 3! I recently lost 45lbs (over the past 10 months) and now I'm just continuing to transform myself into a strong, fit Nana  It's not easy, but it's so worth it.

My NSV is when I just had a minor surgical procedure and the surgeon said, "You should recover quick because you are slim and fit." I think I like being described as "slim and fit".

Can I join the fun? I'm 47 and been back on MFP since November. I'm almost at my goal weight (lost 40ish pounds) but I have fitness goals unrelated to the number on the scale. I am currently out of the gym for another 4 weeks due to a minor surgical procedure, but I'm still finding lots to keep me active. Once I get back…

Same here, age more than weight. I have lost 35 pounds so far and it's taken a while. My body has new aches and limitations now that I'm a little older. I have 10 pounds to go to reach my goal weight, but ideally I just want to be healthy and strong so I can live a long, happy life. Keep at it. It gets easier. You've got…

Favorite is Bailey. I just love her attitude. Least favorite is Jo, can't stand her and I don't really know why. HA!

The fact that all my hard work is finally producing results that are noticeable to others. I've had 4 different coworkers comment on my appearance in the past week. "Have you been losing weight?" "You're looking really great lately."

Finally just watched A Star is Born on the weekend. LOVED it!

Someone at work was genuinely surprised to discover that I am a grandmother. :) I'll probably be smiling all day from that.

Slam door - not really, but didn't exactly try to close it softly. Also, there was a "look" but no snarky comment. :)

Got up and shut my office door (I work in a hospital) because there were people standing and leaning against the wall by my office chatting loudly about all sorts of things. So I shut the door to make a point that they could be chatting somewhere where someone isn't trying to work.

I'm 46 (soon to be 47), and as I typed that it shocked me to realize I'm almost 47! I would like to lose about 50 pounds in total, but right now I'd be happy with 30. I really want to lose the weight and get fit so I can continue to play with my grandchildren easily for many years.

My husband has lost a significant amount of weight and he's doing so great and looking amazing. I want to be right there with him, looking amazing.

Sure, I love meeting new people!
