12 oz Black coffee, a slice of toast and 4oz cinnamon applesauce. I don't typically do breakfast, but this morning it sure hit the spot and helped give me energy.

I routinely have oats. Overnight oats when I have to work. One serving of oats, a serving of chia seeds, a serving of unsweetened almond milk, and a serving of frozen fruit, sweetened with liquid Stevia.

I had bacon + a couple of small crescent rolls. I had to go into work 3 hours early (I work 12s) to do first responder training and certification.

We tried Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee and it was so gross.

So then it was normal coffee (Peet's Major Dickason blend)....delicious. And a Chobani key lime flip.

Fage 2% is the BEST greek yogurt on the market.

Yes! I eat the 0% a lot but the 2% is so creamy for not many more calories.

Coffee, with 6 fl oz of whole milk and 2 tbsp Starbucks caramel syrup. 200 calories.
    An apple. 80 calories.
And a Starkist tuna packet, hickory smoked flavor. Rolled up in a black bean citrus tortilla. 220 calories.

    Total of 500 calories.

But I graze. I don't eat my breakfast all at once. This was over a period of about three hours.
I'll also have a few snacks today, as well as a small lunch, and probably two small dinners spaced out. It works for me so much better than three big meals. I fail every time I try.

Alton Brown's recipe for steel cut oats with brown sugar, cinnamon & dried cranberries. I realize I have been making that for over a decade now, but these days I just use 1/4 the milk suggested and sub almond milk.
Added some chopped walnuts and sugar free syrup.
    Black coffee.
