  • I don’t. Guess maybe I should. I truly don’t use it often but I have gotten such bad dandruff because it’s so damn dry here! I had it full blast which I normally don’t so maybe that stirred up some spores. When you clean it with bleach do you just rinse it out with it or do you let some bleach water run through it?

  • I have been getting rid of things that don’t spark joy. I love Marie Kondo and her book and show and it’s really allowed me to let go of a lot of things that I was holding onto for no reason at all. My house looks amazing right now and my mind feels better.
  • It’s a family effort at my house. I allow my kids to eat sweets in moderation and we never really kept super bad things around the house my thing was just over eating.   • I also use artificial sweeteners and haven’t ever had an issue losing while using it. I do try limit my sweets including artificial low le no calories because I find it makes me crave sweets more.
  • Gaby- What does your diet look like? Are the things you’re eating good calories? Like, meats and veggies or do you find that it’s more starch and sweets? Maybe try switching your diet up a bit. Also, I’d recommend maybe incorporating some light exercise if you haven’t already. Stefanie
