  • 14th: Pass Day #6 (I think...?) - Went out for dinner with a friend so wasn't able to track. 15th: Yes x 3! 16th: Pass Day #7 - Had a bit of a binge day. Like others, found it significantly less enjoyable than in the past, and motivation for eating healthily is renewed.
  • Loving all these pictures and chat of desert and snow...much more exciting than the temperate greyness we have here at the moment. Exercise? Yes Calories? Yes, easily under again Tracked? Yes!
  • February 12th Exercise: yes, just 20 minutes of yoga, it was all I had time for this evening. Calories: yes, under by a couple of hundred again (trying to make up for this past weekend...) Tracked: yes!
  • The 9th and 10th were big pass days for me (pass days 4 and 5, ha), I exercised both days but tracking and calories fell prey to Chinese takeout. Today: Exercise? Just a brisk 20 minute walk at lunch. Calories: Yes, easily under. Tracked: Yes.
