  • That's amazing. What kind of eating plan are you doing? You're definitely right about the keto and gout. I felt awesome on keto, but it wasn't worth the gout pain. I'm starting on a plant base diet, but some foods are triggering stomach pain, such as lentils, so I have to adjust.
  • I had severe gout, and was looking for anecdotal evidence to reverse this pain. I swear, it's the worse pain ever. Most of the results came from plant based diet, and at the time, I thought it was impossible. So I went vegan for 2 years, but going in uneducated, I ate poorly. Mostly gardein products and gained weight. Out…
  • Me too, well I stared vegan for two years, then went keto, Had numerous gout attacks and now back on team vegan again.
  • I started my Plant Base Diet for the beginning of this year. Add me. I've done this before in the past for 2 years, then stopped, now back on it again.

Unfortunately, the vegan diet made me feel so lethargic, and low energy. I actually gained weight. I supplemented with B12, and did everything the vegan…

  • My daughter was diagnosed with Manic depression in which she WAS taking medication for. This was an ongoing issue ever since middle school. We couldn't figure out anything. But recently I've seen huge improvements with her energy levels which helped her depression by eliminating sugar and carbs. She's not all the way keto,…
  • Yes, keto has been amazing. You'll typically lose a lot of water weight in the beginning. Then you'll lose the inches of body fat at a slower but steady rate. I've been on it for a total of 6 months. I had to really study to make sure I'm doing it correctly. My meals are typically 7-10 cups of veggies with a protein and…
