Eggs! Eggs! Eggs! Scrambled or in an omelette you can add onion, peppers, ham, cherry toms. I tend to skip the cheese.... Poached! With half an avocado and grilled tomato. Also protein bagels! With protein all natural peanut butter. Yummy :)

I'm the same as you!! I'm 5''4 69kgs and 30 years old! Very slow loss for me, exercising and tracking everything. Figured I was expecting results too quickly...it wont be as we are considered only slightly overweight. Don't give up!!

In exactly a month my partner is best man at his best friends wedding. I want to look good as his Mrs by his side. @mattthomp1 I've lost 6lbs so far and it's estimated I'll lose at least another 4lbs by then! If I stick to the gym and good diet until then!

I had it as coffee with skimmed milk as I have a desk job and limit myself to 4 cups a day. I add on 4 cups first thing then space my coffee's out through out the day. I track my glasses of water separately at the bottom and aim for between 6-8 glasses over my shift! I just keep re-filling that pint glass, only issue is…
