Not at the moment due to our apartment facilities being closed due to COVID-19, but I definitely love to swim and will go to the pool as soon as it opens…

I'm 5'2 and my goal is currently at the top of my weight range for the army requirements of 138. I've got to lost about 85 pounds in order to get to the size that I'd like, but it is quite difficult because I have an auto-immune/inflammatory disease that flares up in response to sweat as well as thyroid issues.

I don't mind offering encouragement, either! I have a bad habit of being good to log on daily for a week or two and then disappearing, so it'd be nice to have more friends!

I've found that anything cardio based is going to be good to slim down and keep your body fit enough to do strength training, which is what will help you tone up.

I'll admit that it's pretty hard to stay motivated. I'll even look at the app some days and completely forget to log what I make just because I don't have my phone handy at the time. It should hopefully get easier as time wears on, though!

Hey there! I'm also looking to lost about 60-ish pounds, so we've both got quite a journey ahead of us. I stress eat as well, which is an awful combination with me being in school and having 2 part-time jobs.
