Hi, I am 51 in Huntsville, Alabama, and starting out slow to lose nearly 100 pounds. Wish me luck!!

    Good Luck! Lets be friends! I had a 100 pound goal to lose and have 70 gone already! We can do this!

    wishing you the very best....I have over 100 lbs. to lose ...I am tired of being a damn yo-yo....this is the year I lose it and keep it off for good ....You are welcome to add me if you want a cheerleader while you are on this journey...Good luck ...you got this :)
