Hello! I am 27 years old and I weigh about 166. I would like to get down to about 120. I need some friends who will keep me motivated as I will keep you motivated! 🙂🙂 we got this! ❤️ also would love to hear how you guys work out to lose fat and tone. Also what kind of diets do you use?

    I've found that anything cardio based is going to be good to slim down and keep your body fit enough to do strength training, which is what will help you tone up.

    Calorie deficit to lose weight, MFP will keep you on track for that.

    Cardio is good for burning calories but weightlifting/strength training is very good for toning the body, and retaining muscle during weight loss, so definitely look into that (reddit r/xxfitness has good info on workout routines for women).
