Yesterdays food did not go well. I went over my calories by about 300. Not too bad I guess if you consider the day before I barely hit 800 calories. So overall probably evened off. @JennDoingTheThing - Mine gave me 1500 with moderate activity. I sit at a desk most of my day also. I usually go between 1200 and 1500 calories. Give yourself a range of 1200 - 1400 some days you will be closer to the 1200 and some days the 1400.

Hmm just found interesting research on Metabolic confusion. I am going to try it out combined with HIIT workouts. I am another 2 pounds down so at 248 from 262 starting here and 270 mid December. What I am doing is working so if this idea doesn't work I will simply come back to counting calories and working on on my total…

To @ladycopnh1 question; I am recording my calories and using my total gym for workouts, plus weights resistance and volleyball. Sticking between 1200 - 1500 calories a day. If you can maybe take a very small portion of some of the things you love. If there are things you knpw will be too much stay away from them. Sooo, food wise this weekend was not great for me. My niece and I hit up applebees and while I only ate half of my dinner we also split a desert. I took a rest day yesterday. And thank you it seems to have helped my foot. I spent some time with friends - went a little over my calories but I have been a bit low lately so I am okay with it. So a little bit of bad news for me... I over did my workout Tuesday and now my left foot and right knee are both hurting very bad. I was able to get through about 15 minutes of my workout yesterday before I had to stop. That is when I realized I was out of motrin. Not a good night. Today will either be a rest day or upper…

This could be water weight or even bloating. Stress can do it to you also. Please give yourself a break. Make sure you are drinking enough water. Weight yourself at the same time everyday. But even with all of that you can have ups and downs. You can do this!!

You've got this. You have still lost and you will continue to lose weight. Just stick with it. I find eating a good amount of high fiber foods they day before I weight myself works. Talk to your DR but Vitamin D helps me when I feel very tired. Turns out I was low and I get low in the winter months when there is no sun.

I had a small non-scale victory yesterday. Watching my favorite team losing 24-0 in the first quarter would have sent me to the snack food. But yesterday I peeled and cut a bag of carrots and chomped on them throughout the game. My team came back and won the game and I was able to feel great about that and not feel sick…

Wow. I am having a glass of wine - haven't had a glass in months. Half way in I am buzzed. I had way to much room in my calorie count today so I opted for a small treat. Anyone else have a treat of the drink variety?
