If your TRAINER can't help you with this, then you probably need to find a new trainer. Try this: https://www.katyhearnfit.com/macro-calculator It'll give you a really pretty picture of what you should be eating daily. If you're wanting to build muscle, you'll need to start adding some strength training into your routine.

Honestly? I'd eat. I don't know what your eating schedule looks like, but I eat every 2-3 hours. Between breakfast and lunch I have a banana and PB, between lunch and dinner I have either greek yogurt with granola OR a 70 calorie packet of tuna with a few crackers. You'll probably get a variety of responses here, so try…

I'm not going to read through all the other comments, and I'm certain this has already been said but 1,000-1,200 calories is NOT ENOUGH!

Maya, I sent you a FR. I do a variety of workouts and typically post them. They're not all easy, but most are low impact.

I'm not new here, but I'm looking for LIKE MINDED FRIENDS! People who bust their *kitten* to look and feel better. People who share their workouts, meals, struggles and victories and not their tittie infested selfies. Ya feel me?

But seriously, absolutely not. You should be aiming at .5 - 1.5 lbs per week, depending on your personal goals, current weight and goal weight.
-
Sure, if you want to gain it all back, plus some and feel like crap for 30 days.
-
You look WAY too young to be having all those issues! Stick with it, your body and family will thank you!

strong <3

I'm at the gym by 5 AM. If I wait until after work, not only am I tired AF but I've also had about 10 hours to make excuses.

I like your style! We eat out on Thanksgiving as well and it's pretty much the greatest thing ever!

Super sexy calves! ;)

Try flavored water. My 15 year old really enjoys the Sparkling Ice brand lemonade - it's zero calories and helps him stay hydrated. I like the Crystal Light flavor packets, myself. Adding fruit to your water is another option. :)

Keto works for some, but I can't see how it is sustainable. I stick to an 80/20 plan which allows me to enjoy what I'm eating while eating healthy and splurge without feeling guilty.

You've thought of everything! :D :D :D

Not new here, but I'm looking for some ACTIVE no-nonsense friends. About me: - I work out 5-6 days a week - I follow an 80/20 diet - I keep *kitten* simple - I say the F word a lot I prefer female friends, because our bodies work similarly and we typically have the same struggles. Also because they're not (typically)…

My work food is always the same: Breakfast: overnight oats with fruit Lunch: turkey sandwich, light babybel cheese, apple and PB Snacks: popcorn, almonds, hardboiled eggs or cottage cheese

MAN, this sounds DELISH!!!!!!

I'll ask around, lol. Sad part is, many of these men are married.

Not new here, almost 20 lbs down; but looking for friends who are ACTUALLY here for weight loss. Tired of all the thirsty boys in my inbox.

A little less yellow...

http://www.restaurant-menu-nutrition.com/Hard-Rock-Cafe-Nutrition According to this, I'd say 1200 is for the burger and fries.

Same! 1/2 c. oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 2 tsp of honey and 1 c. of fruit (I usually do mixed berries). Comes out to under 300 calories.
-
I came here to say the same thing... you need more protein!

California, MO? Close to me!

I know you said you've switched from Rockstar to Mt. Dew, but PLEASE be careful of the amount of caffeine you're taking in. We spent $10K last year having tests done on my spouse because his heart was out of rhythm. In the end, he had to have it shocked to reset it. It has been fine since, and the only thing he has done…

Thank you for posting this. Self love is SO important. There will always be someone prettier, funnier, and smarter than you - but there is not another you.
-
Absolutely! I was looking at the Applebee's calorie menu and some of their salads had more than I'm allowed in a day!! The more you log, the more accurate your picture is - the more successful you will be.

I think this is the #1 reason people fail... people think they have to give up everything.
