Best exercise at the gym?? Add me!!!

HELLO ALL!!!!

I'm a 30 year old woman who is 5'4 and 218lbs...(the covid weight it real ya'll) I've recently started going back to the gym (state mandated, less than 3,000 population and less than 75 covid cases for the COUNTY for all the Karen's out there😜) and need some help!

I take care of my mom, who has had a kidney transplant and many complications over the last year, i have psoriatic arthritis as well as osteoarthritis and am looking for some exercises in the gym that are best for time sake, low impact and most beneficial. Im not looking to be a super model or my athletic high school size 3, but id love to feel better about myself and be healthy so I don't follow my mom's foot steps. Also, if you want to be friends, please add me!!!

Not familiar with arthritis too much but from my experience for burning calories low impact at the gym, the stepmill would be up there.

Maya, I sent you a FR. I do a variety of workouts and typically post them. They're not all easy, but most are low impact.
