I’m usually under calorie goal so this is the first time since I started that I was over.

Well, each handful of veggie sticks was like 150 calories. They’re like chips but sticks and made of vegetables. I also “helped” my kids eat some of their food which I hadn’t done in at least a month. But no, I shouldn’t beat myself up over it. Past experience has taught me that only leads to a second guilt binge.

I do care about my friend being healthy, but there aren’t any health issues to be concerned about. As far as I know. What you said about naturally encouraging through example makes a lot of sense. On an unrelated note, the song “tip toe through the tulips” is now stuck in my head. Not a bad thing though.

Today it rained. Sadly. I eat back some of the exercise calories. Not all. If I’m honest, my diet could use improving. But I eat…

Im thinking maybe I’m just not used to eating so “little” (or what is little compared to what I was eating). Which would fall under the “not eating enough/too steep a deficit” category. I do eat back some of my exercise calories but not all. As for macros, that may be part of it too. I have snacks that have plenty of…

Look for weight watchers yoga with Sara Ivanhoe. I bought the dvd from a local dollar general and it came in a box with a yoga strap and a yoga block. But I’m sure you can find it online too. She gives modified versions of poses and the workouts are gentle. I tried a more advanced yoga dvd by another instructor and I…
